Last month I changed my plan from a grandfathered vision to a new power vision plan.
I was very leary about changing plans but I wanted a new phone and I got a great customer service rep at retentions. He gave me a few extras, gave me a good price on the three new phones I ordered and was just a really good guy that seemed to be looking out for my best interest. In fact a couple days after the transaction I e-mailed Sprint and told them what a great experience I had, I also gave them the name and operator number of the rep that took care of me.
The rep. that took care of me gave me his operator number and told me if I ran into any trouble to just call customer service and have them e-mail him my phone number and he would call me back. I just got my first bill with the new plan and there are some minor issues I have and I would like to talk to him.
What I need is someone that has access to the Sprint e-mail system that can send him a note.
If someone can help me, please PM me and I will send you his operator number.
Thanks.

Why not just discuss with another account services (retentions) rep what you see as in error and see if they can correct, or have them send him an email?

I have called 4 times to have someone e-mail him. Each time I was told that they did not have access to the Sprint e-mail system. Four out of four times I was told that I reached a contract site not a Sprint call center. Each time the person told me to try calling customer service again and maybe I would reach someone that had access to the Sprint email system. That's when I decided to try SU.

*2, "cancel service" should get you right back to retentions.
