Thought perhaps it would be nice to start a thread where everyone could put links to programs that helped with cellphones, like making ringers and such.

Just ran across this link through cnet. It's a list of programs, some are apparently free, that can convert to 3gp and do other stuff for cellphones.

I just visited a bunch of the links on that page and wasn't all that impressed. sorry. A couple looked promising but dunno.
