have the sender email the pic to you as an attachment to your pic mail address and your phone will get it as a picture mail and it'll be online in your pic mail account.
the pic mail address is yourvisionusername@pm.sprint.com unless you've changed it.

if you get that new gmail app for your phone and use that, you can view the jpg attachments through there.
