powervision plus question

i called sprint the other day to upgrade my PV basic plan which i pay $15 for. i said i needed picture mail. i also asked if i can get it for the same price. she checked my account and said computer cannot give for same price but can give me the plus which is $25 for $20.she said she upgraded the plus.i checked the brochure which says $20 for the plus.anyone know.will call sprint tomorrow.thanks

the plus is $20 so she didnt drop it $5 like she said.

she didnt tell you right. but you are being charged for the right amount though for plus.

You need Plus to have Pic Mail and Plus is reg price $20

spoke with sprint CSR today who said i am on PV+ for $20 which is standard.i explained the rep on sat verified 3x was giving me $5 off.but no go.spoke with a supervisor.same thing.said to me can call corporate security to play tape.i said would love that.no time today.will have to tape all conversations myself it seems like i used to do.seems that half of what crs say they notate in acct.never do.

give retentions a call and explain to them what was the you will cancell and false promises are a breach of contract. And that you will be happy to file a complaint with the BBB and AG. Be calm and I'm sure they will give it to you. If you talk to right CSR's Sprint will fix things.

I went through this. PV Plus is $20 which includes unlimited pic mail, however, this does not include your text messages.

The PV Ultimate is $25.
