Help! I have a Samsung A640. I had upgraded from an old Sprint phone that gave me no problems and didn't have pcs vision. After a month I would get an error message about cookies when trying to read AOL mail. After many many calls and visits to Sprint, I finally got the right tech on the phone and we figured out that for some reason AOL mail could no longer be read on the phone I had. The tech called local stores and found one that would exchange my phone. I chose, on his recommendation, a Samsung A640. I tried it in the store to make sure I could read my AOL mail. After having this phone for a month, again I can no longer read my AOL email. Again, I am very frustrated after making numerous visits to Sprint stores and calls to Sprint. I get MIC ERROR 603 when I choose to read any AOL email. The store checked out the phone, the tier 2 tech yesterday left a message saying it's a known problem and they are working on it. He sounded like a Verizon commercial. I tried other phones in the Sprint store and I had no problem accessing AOL and reading my email. We have two phones on this account and upgraded the second phone yesterday to a Motorola C290. We tried and had no problem reading AOL email on this new phone but we do not want to pay for vision service on a 2nd phone.

I have searched the web for answers and cannot even find anyone else with the same problem. I am paying for PCS vision service which should allow me to read my AOL mail. Can anyone help me before I tear my hair out?
