Just did that yesterday with $9.99 add a phone to my $30 SERO, Comfirmed by checking my online account.
Who said it could not be done?

How do you do it? Go to a store, over the phone (if phone, what department)?

Does your AAP have Power Vision included or does that cost extra?

NO WAY ...It cant be done. I dont know what set-up u got but that secont line wont share first NO MATTER WHAT IT CANT BE DONE!!!

If the rep was successful at getting the 9.99 charge to be added to that account, all minutes would be billed as overages.

SERO plans can not add a line to that plan.

Adding a line and sharing a line are two different things.

I have 2 sero plans one one account.

Until this person elaborates, I can only guess that they have 2 sero lines.

The indication of the $9.99 monthly charge suggests an "add-a-line" on the SERO plan.

Yes, you can have 2 SERO plans on the same account, just not 2 lines on the same plan with SERO.

Add-a-line is 9.99 whether it's a family shared plan or a second independent line.

My second line was free. If I add more, it's 9.99 each. May have gone up, but they tell me it's 9.99 as a loyal customer....

Ecare says I can add an unlimited amount if I want..... heh.
