Can someone please clarify what is included in the levels of the data plans? I thought there was just the $15 plan, but now I understand there are various levels?

vision plan is $15

powervision
web/data= $15
web/data/picture/sprint tv plus (limited channels)= $20
web/data/picture/sprint tv ultimate (more channels to access)= $25
