today when i logged into my yahoo email i had a msg from xxx.@tmomail.net responding to a text msg i supposedly sent. however i didnt send the msg, nor have a i ever called that number. to make it stranger, my yahoo address was also included in the msg. anyone know how that couldve happened?

Well, the 'from' on a text message can easily be spoofed. All you have to do is send a text message from a computer - most places will let you type in any ol number as a 'from'.

As far as the Yahoo addy... dunno. Sorry...

Do you log into your Yahoo mail from your phone?

i do log in with my phone a lot, however it was with me at the time of the fake txt..im just wondering how someone got my number AND my email addy 2 start txtn people
