I have a Fusic, and have multiple subscription services: Telenav, Allsport GPS (as i wish to track my bike riding) and the TokyoPop Manga Reader, and none of them are functional anymore. Every time I launch one, i get "Checking subscription, please wait". Then the power vision bars show up for a brief period, and go dormant. Then it shows "error 803 unable to process request". Never seems to work right, but previous to now, (maybe 2-3 weeks) everything worked well.

PowerVision is working fine, everything from my subscription Media Player channels, to non-subscription java apps (Google Maps and Opera Mini to name a few) and the internal phone browser works fine.

Whats wrong with my phone/plan? I could care less about reading manga, but I need my gps apps!

Have you tried updating your Power Vision profile recently? That usually solves whatever network problems I'm experiencing.

Sometimes my Telenav refuses to see the network, too. A quick power cycle usually does the trick for me.

Oh yeah, I found that a few weeks after I bought my Fusic, I had to delete and reinstall Telenav because of network issues. Perhaps that is worth trying as well.

Good luck!

I tried all that and still no luck.

Any other suggestions?

I'm getting the error too. Tech support is aware of it, and there is no ETA, as usual.
EDIT: uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it. Why darn it?!

Yeah, it's looking like Sprint is having some PowerVision network instability. The network has been hinky for the past few days.

It's frustrating to pay $25 for PV Ultimate (I upgraded to Ultimate last night because I'm a sucker) and then not being able to access the content your paying for. Grrrr.

Does it work in vision (non-PV) areas?

this is one more reason to remove the drm from them ;)
