I currently am looking for a new plan. I have 9 months left on my contract, but my phone is dying.
Our current plan:
95 a month
3 lines
2000 anytime minutes
PCS to PCS
Nights and Weekends starting at 6pm
Free vision on two phones
I called the retention department and they offered me a new phone if I sign a 2 year contract, or 75 if I sign a 1 year. I am really against signing 2 year contracts, but for 125, I guess it is worth it.
I only talked to one person, and their manager, and he said that was the best he could do. Is it worth it for me to call back in? The man is calling me back this evening at 9pm to "confirm" everything. I was told this plan I have is very good, but maybe not so much in a year.

That's a pretty good plan. I pay more than that for my 6 lines sharing 2000 minutes. I only have vision on one phone.

That looks like a very good plan to me. And with way Sprint is going with prices it is going to look even better next year. I don't see where there is much more to be gained by calling back in.

I agree since it is looking like Sprint is going to jack their pricing next year (which is only three months away)....I'd take it.
