Should I renew my contract even though I have 15 months left on my current contract?
I’ve been a Sprint customer for 10 years and I have a pretty good deal:
Half price Power Vision on two sub lines
Free 6pm NW
Free 500 text messages on each line
Corporate and loyalty discount
I was told that these extra perks were put on my account without an expiration date however, from experience, I don’t always trust what Sprint reps tell me and it appears that some of these no longer exist (half price sub lines), or have become more expensive (free 6pm).
I know this might sound silly but should I (if it’s even possible) walk into a Sprint store and just renew my contract for 2 years? I’m just not sure that I will be able to, or even want to go through the trouble of renegotiating this same deal in 15 months. It would also allow me to change phones and not reset my rebate date each time. Any thoughts?
