I have Sero plan for past 4 month and have company 5 % monthly discount for the past year . I recently switch to another job and call Sprint to switch over new company discount. Now the Retard customer service delated my company discount and thier reason was SERO can not have company discount. I FEEL LIKE I GOT ROB. If i havent called them nothing would of happen.
Can anyone help??

You have one of the best/cheapest plans in the industry, and you feel robbed? Sero plans are already discounted. Sero plans are not suppossed to be attached too any other discounts, and we all know that.
Well you could beg (hands & knees) like most do, and get a discount attached. :lol:

Well, I had company and loyalty on my SERO plan until this month's bill came out. I'll be talking to India this afternoon when they call me back. You can bet I'll have them both back by the end of the call.

it definitely can be done i still have my company, loyality and home long distance discount on top of sero and its been 3 months and no problems.

Long story short - if you have good discounts that you know you shouldn't have, don't call customer service to try to get more!

When I got SERO, the CSR stated that the plan was great, but with my Corp. disc (23%) it would be even better. I haven't tried to call to get any freebies or further discounts in fear that they may delete the discount. Right now I have SERO 500 + N/W @ 7pm for $35 + 500 free IM per month and 23% corp. disc.
I know I shouldn't be shocked, but the inconsitency among Sprint CSR's is amazing.

I just signed up for a SERO account on October 11th. I now have my phone, and I called their business department today and got an employee/corporate discount applied to my account. I have The SERO 500 minute plan. She didn't mention anything about SERO. I just called, and when they asked how they could help me I told her I would like to apply an employee discount to my account. She did it with no problems. She was really nice too.

Did anyone get the company discount added to SERO recently?
My company gave instructions to call 1-866-853-4931 to add the discount... is this the best way to add it? What will happen to the "freebies" and retention offers on the account once I try to add a company discount?

PLainly Spoken....According to Accepted Sprint methods and procedures...NO discounts of any kind are allowed to be added to SERO or SWAC plans....The documentation can be found in Sprint's Listing on M & P's in KMS....
