well i have 2 issues that maybe i can get resolved here before going to sprint.
1--when someone calls me, after the 2nd ring it automatically starts recording?
2--how do set-up transferring something from your latop to your phone, i've tried the usb cable, no luck and tried the bluetooth, no help?

Number one is that you have call screening on. go to menu/tools/voice services/auto/then turn off
