I work for a 3rd party Sprint store and yesterday I had a customer come in with his new Katana. He was unable to dl ringers from the music store. I immediately thought he was close to his spending limit but then remember I had setup his account on Oct. 1st and he had the $400 spending limit.
I called customer service and they transfered me to tech support who then helped me for 45 mins, and said it wasn't phone but on their end. They had a service alert out and was trying to fix where certain accounts couldn't dl ringers from the music store on the phone. But they could go online and buy them and it would text them the url to dl it.
They couldn't give me an estimated time on when this would be fixed. But said they were working on it, and would try to have it fixed as soon as possible. The first known issue was noted on Sept. 25th and they issued the service alert on the Oct. 5th.
My question is anybody else experience this? And anybody else might have info on when this will be fixed?
