View Full Version : Txt messages to AIM & other carriers

Recently no one outside of those on Sprint have been receiving any txt messages from me. Also, when I send a txt to an AIM user, the message comes out all garbled. For example, "Hi" without the quotes came as aGk= in AIM.

Anyone else experiencing this? This just started happening Mid-day Monday the 2nd.

Haven't had that happen, but when a text is sent thru email to my phone xxxxxxxxxx@messaging.sprintpcs.com nothing is coming through. I'm not sure if texting is down or what. :confused: :mad: :frustrate

I'm having the same issue! I also noticed that randomly I will not be able to have people receive my texts, only to have them show up all at once later in the day!! I do believe that my issue was noticible on Monday or Tuesday as well... :(

i'm having the same problem. annoying with aim because its all the garbled letters.

Well atleast I'm not the only one. I emailed ecare on Friday but still haven't heard back from them. I despise calling in for these types of issues because the reps are so clueless.

Anyone else call in to report this?

I'm on the phone with someone from the technical department. Just did the ol' shut off phone and remove battery trick. Sure enough that didnt work.

Edit: Sprint created a trouble ticket for me. Someone's supposed to get back to me in 24 hours or less. Hopefully less. I can't live w/o my texts. :lol:
