New Power Vision Plans

ok, anyone know what "TV" channels are included in the 17 that come with the new Power Vision Plus package? i e-mailed e-care and they swore that all i needed to do is power cycle my phone and it will see the new channels. however, this is not true. and before someone says that i'm wasting my money on the plus pack, i need the pic/video mail feature and the one free song a month doesn't hurt either (if i do get upgraded like i'm supposed to).

When you update your vision profile, you should see Sprint TV Plus at the top under the My Channels section...stuff available for purchase would be in the bottom section, called Available Channels...if you've done everything you're supposed to on your end and still don't see the channel listing, you need to contact tech support...

so basically, they gave me a bunch more worthless tv channels for free and then one way to expensive song a month for free. at least they didn't jack up my price i guess.

What's with the free song? Is that new or is it just for you? We have a couple of PV phones and I would take a free song every month. Have the plus pack on one.

the new plus pack gives you one free song from what i read at work, where as the ultimate pack gives you you 4. might want to call cs and make sure though.

Power Vision Packs Added After October 1st Come With At Least One Free Music Download. I Meant To Start A Thread About It But I've Been Busy At Work. But My Sprint ReP Brought By A Paper About A Week Ago That Outlined The New Changes Which Includes One Or More Free Music Downloads Depending On What Pack You Have.

Let me assure you that Sprint PCS Power Vision Plus Pack is automatically updated for the new 17 Channels against the currently available 6 Channels. System has automatically upgraded the Power Vision Pack on the account.

Simply power cycle your PCS Phone and new settings will be launched. Power cycling is:

-- Switch off your PCS Phone,
-- Remove the Battery,
-- Replace the battery after 1 minute, and
-- Turn on your PCS Phone.

There will be no additional charge for these extra channels on the account.
