View Full Version : Payment receipt mentions per KB charge?

my latest Sprint payment receipt has a note on the bottom that reads as follows:

Sprint will charge $.03KB for casual data usage.

i have PAM and a Samsung A920, and depending on my situation, either use my PAM via bluetooth, or the supplied USB cable (speaking of which, why the hell won't this cable charge the phone?!? lol...)

what the heck is "casual data usage", and does that (assumed) 3 cents per kilobyte apply to me if i have PAM on my plan? if so, i will definitely be kissing my PAM goodbye...lol.

when you use the phone as a modem without a PAM plan they can charge you .03/kb. Or when you browse the web on the phone itself.

Casual usage is when you use data WITHOUT a data plan (like PAM) it won't apply to th OP.
