Browser Font in 8400

Posted this inappropriately in another thred (kind of off topic) - soooo - stared a new thread...

Question about the browser font - on my 8400 the font is very TINY - I changed the setting to LARGE and the text does not appear any larger than it does when it is set to SMALLEST - all the sizes are the same size. I exit out and restart the browser but to no avail. Any ideas what is going on or am I just being an idiot about something?

Can anyone take a screen shot of their browser on the 8400 (like the PV home page) so I can see if the font should be as small as it is on mine? It is insanely tiny! Grrr!

I posted a pictures of the power vision, cnn and espn sites in the sticky 8400 review thread. I have no problems adjusting font size.

Thanks - looked at your pix. The CNN pages look fine on mine - other pages (like anything on the USA Today site) are TEENY tiny and I can not change the size no matter what I do.

Sigh - I could swear I could read everything on the Fusic that I just gave to my daughter. But NO WAY she is handing that back to me - LOL! Might have to buy another Fusic...

Why don't you use Opera Mini? Restart the browser should clear the cookies but i would try deleting them manually.

I just bought the 8400 and I am having the same issue with the font. I can change it on the web pages but the PV homepage and the sprintusers front page are teeny tiny and like you said, there is nothing you can do to change it.

I have the same trouble on alot of the news pages. yahoo news dosent do it though. abc, cnn, espn. ect. i have not been able to fix it. there was something about it i think in 8400 reviews thread. i got the opra and like it alot. the cnn page is not the wap page and a bit harder to learn on the phone but once you do its cool as hell

Opera Mini is a huge help - I have learned that it is also a built in browser thing - Moto/Sammy/LGs use the Obigo browser - Sanyo uses Netfront and I do not like it - renders too much stuff too smll for me.
