So,
About 3 months ago I received a Katana through the retentions department in exchange for renewing my contract. It has worked pretty well for me up untill wednesday. On wednesday morning I unplugged it from the travel charger and shoved it into my pocket. After the drive to work I pulled it out and noticed that it was SHUT OFF! I held in the power button and the phone wouldnt turn on, I pulled the battery out for 30 seconds and the phone still wouldnt turn on, the only way I could get it to turn on was if I plugged it into my spare charger and then held the power button. After it turns on it only stays on for at most 2 minutes and then it just goes blank. screen looks black, doesnt respond to on button etc.
Help!!
