Phone was working great and all of a sudden it comes up "service required. please call 888-211-4727 for assistance". When I called sprint they told me it needs service and will have to bring it into a store. I think it just lost all it's programming and memory. Plroblem is it's locked in the assistance mode and won't key to anything. If I turn the phone off/on before it times in I can make the # key work and such, once it times up it's frozen. I'm afraid, I take it to a service center and they will reprogram and charge me dearly. Is there anything I can do on the users end to try and reprogram this unit?
