Would anyone have any ideas about why the Sanyo 7400 I just got is not letting me download ringtones or scrreensavers,save pictures or even save videos? When I try to download something, it automatically shuts off and turns back on again..I've tried everything, and I'm totally stumped.Please someone help me..I'm sick of the 2 screensavers that are on it now..Thanks. litlsan@yahoo.com

Most likely you have downloaded something that is corrupt.Do you know what was the last thing you put on it before it did this? Delete it.

I just got the phone from e-bay and it was like this when I got it.I've tried deleting everything on the phone, but still can't seem to download..thanks for trying to help.
