When I get FIMF, and free text for 12 months, are those items supposed to show up on my plan details screen? Or do I just keep the CS email for proof? I just got them last night though. Thanks

You might not be able to see them online for a day or two...I would definatly keep the letter from ecare as proof in case you run into any problems. You will be able to see those features on your bill as well when that comes, but if you are wanting to know right away call cst care and tell them that you had some plan changes done that aren't reflecting online, and you were wondering if they could just tell you what is on the acct to make sure its all good. :)
