Could be billing for a numeric page (shows up as "casual test usage" or something like that) - but seein how I'm like 1500 miles away, my psychic powers are not reliable.

I have NEVER paid the same amount twice with Sprint. Even without changing a thing, it seems like it is different every month. So long as it stays in the same ballpark, I really don't care about a few cents here or there. However, if you multiply that few cents by tons of customers, we're talking about a big profit. I guess in a way that is a good thing because I definitely want to see Sprint flourish and not be gobbled up by another carrier.

Im sure there is a logical explaination. Look at your bill. Every bill issue i have dealt with when i was a rep was always legit and able to be explained and made since of. I NEVER had an issue where i thought, "this is wrong". 99.9% is education and setting expectations. I'm sure it's the same with all cell phone companies. I have gotten my bill and been like "what the" but once i settle down and look at it, and understand it, i realized that is was correct. 10 cents. Sounds like a text. i would almost guarantee it. It cost .10 to recieve one too, you know.

If it wasn't exactly ten cents, I'd say taxes - that's why my bill changes - depending on where the calls are made, different taxing entities charge different amounts. If I make a call inside the City of Austin, I get charged different tax amount then if I made the call in say... Round Rock.
I'm still trying to find out from the OP if his bill is going up exactly .10 every month.
.10 does sound like text of some kind...

I had a woman cancel Monday over a text and was charge 5 $200 ETFs and ill be sued apparently for not creditting a text message lol. Had she actually listened I said I would block text and credit it but she was too busy ranting. In short

i dont send texts at all................hardly recieve any,my bill had went down to 60........slowly creeping 2wards $62 for no reason
