Please give Sprint a call have them do a trouble ticket. I think this is a problem they are ignoring. I tried to take my phone in the store and they wouldn't even test it. The tech lady said if I didn't buy my headset from them there was nothing she could do. I have my account documented and everything and they need to know of anyone having issues as well to get it resolved.

Call Sprint if you are having prblms!!!!!!!!

I'm replacing my Moto H700 headset today to see if it is the problem. Everyone tells me weak, muffled voice barely usable.

just got my katana replaced because of a bluetooth problem. they told me the bluetooth chip had failed or something. either way i have brand new katana.
