Okay just recieved PRL update anyone know what it does??

and when i try calling *2.. it updates my phone and reboots it every time..

sprint did mine automatically on my 700p. when i was driving the screen pop up automatcally and then it says there is a update going on and it says do you want to update your phone and selected yes

I emailed ecare and they replied that they had flagged my account. Then, I called *2 and it updated just fine.

every evdo got the automatic update (or should have).

Siddhartha, it sounds like your update isn't "taking" hence why when you keep calling back it goes through the cycle again.

this update (started last Sunday) will update your PRL to 20224.

How do I find out if I have the new PRL? I have a 700wx.

I also take it the 700wx won't automatically update so I need to flag the account first right?

mine and a lot of others automatically updated. if not, calling *2 should do the trick.

Mine is showing 20222. I called *2 and a computer voice asked me what I wanted to ask or do. I replied PRL and she had no idea what I was talking about? What do I say to get the update?

Call up and speak to a rep. Have your account flagged for a prl update. They'll probably tell you to call back *2 and your update should be there.
