Want to add a 2nd SERO Line

How would I go about adding a second SERO line to my plan. I have a PPC 6700 but at my job it is too big to fit in my pocket comfortably. I want to add my old A900 to my account. So I called *2 and they told me I have to EMail SERO like how I got it in the first place. But I got it in the first place by calling *2.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

If I cant do it I got a NEW PPC6700 FS :)
