2 months is beyond your limit. your account is about to go into non paid disconnect. you will have a $20 reconnect fee when u get your services started and the bill after u get your services started again, you will be prorated. if u are 2 months behind, finance isn't gonna be very persuaded to help u to be honest unless u come up with a good ass bs story. so good luck. maybe u should get like a $200 loan...

Need to switch to a cheaper plan too.

That's $142 for 2-months or $71/mo ... what type of plan do you have? My user on line 2 is barely using their phone, so paying less than $20/mo for a phone is pretty good for me!

It is amazing to me how many people are messed up with finances. Granted, it is a big-time "I want it now" country we live in, but still, if you don't have the money, don't get it. Simple concept.
Also, no offense, but how bad is someone's credit to only have a 150 spending limit? How bad has this really gotten? I really think there are probably better things to spend money on if you have credit issues that warrant a spending limit of 150 dollars... like other bills...

If you have nothing to say to help them then maybe you shouldn't say anything you did nothing but bash...take that to HoFo.
OP call and explain the situation and ask them for an extension or temporary credit. It will be easier to get Account Services to help rather than the finance dept.

I agree with SU_Diva. Really don't just bash them.
I had a similar issue earlier this year. The military screwed up my payroll so I actually didn't get a paycheck for a month and a half.
I called Sprint and explained everything to them BEFORE it went late and they said no problem and they would work with me... well only a week after the due date they sent me a text msg saying my service is going to be cut off, and sure enough an hour later it was... couldn't even dial *2. I was like wow only a week late.
Things happen, and I hope you were brave enough to keep Sprint informed of what is going on...

Well, we all envy you for never having any financial difficulties. Please continue posting judgmental comments about the OP whom you know nothing about. Believe it or not even financially responsible people can have financial problems.

You're right, but this post comes across as, "How do I keep a service that I can't afford." That isn't an excuse to be rude to them though.

Well, I didn't mean it as an insult to the OP, although I guess after looking at it again it may have come off as that. What I meant to write is this:
If you don't have the money to pay for a service, do you really need the service?
It is kinda like me saying I don't have enough money to pay my housekeeper for the last two months and now he/she is threatening to quit.
Cell phones are not a requirement for society, although many may feel that way, they are simply another service available to those that can afford them, and unfortunately it is those of us who pay for services that end up footing the bill for those who don't.
Sorry if I insulted anyone here, it really didn't intend to if I did.

And it is the financially responsible folks who realize if I can not pay for something for 2 months that they need to get rid of that albatross and get back out of the red. Financial responsibility has nothing to do with bad things happening to you, it is how you react to those things and right yourself. Believe me, there are far more financially irresponsible rich people (which I am not one of) than there are poor people.
It is funny how so many lotto winners are broke within 4 years. People who come into money (whether earned or not) are usually not responsible with it and blow it on silly things. Just thoughts.
