Hi, i just got a retention plan starting july 9 and have gotten two outrageous bills. the lady with retnetions said should couldn't credit me more than 200 back? is this true?this has led me to some simple questions i hope you can answer.
1) does your plan start effective immediately when you sign a retention offer? (told yes but now they say no)
2) do you have to double bill for your new plan to start that month? (never told this)
3) do you pay an activation fee for new phones they send you? (told no, but now they say yes)
4) what's the best way to try and find a rep who's first name i know? and possibly middle and last initial (los ID #) it says the phone was ordered from Rio Rancho on the invoice, does that mean the Chris is from Rio Ranch?
i called them originally and got answers 2 montsh ago. but now bill has me cahrged for all these crazy things. called back and spoke to supervisor, promised 400 credit, but never gave me i guess. when i called back today with my new bill they said there was no note about the credit. thanks for any help in advance.
