Ok I know that sometimes I act like I rode the short bus in high school but it can't be operator error this time. Lately my phone has been freezing up or it won't let me make calls. I did the big update when I first got the phone and I wanted to know is it just me or has there been another update put out and I don't have it? Because if I have to take the battery out again while driving 75 mph I'm going to hurt myself or someone else.

#1 u dont have to take the battery out. just stick ur sylus in the reset hole on the bottom of the phone. #2, download a program like memaid to clean out your files and make ur ppc run faster. what programs do u have installed on ur ppc, and where r they installed, storage card or the harddrive. its usually somthing stupid like running a phone skin or today screen plug-in from the card that gives u that error.
