First I wanna thank you guys in advance... Ok here's my problem... My bill almost always has glitches on it.. charged texting on ul text plans, charged roaming on a ul roaming plan, and being charged wireless web minutes on my a900 are the main ones (how can a a900 be charged wireless web minutes on the 25 vision plan it doesnt even use web minutes), but I get a few other mistakes too..

I have three lines with the 3,000 minutes family plan.. the main phone (the a900) has 25 dollar power vision, unlimited text for 15, insurance for 6, and nights at 6 is free from e care... the other two lines have the 15 dollar vision ( everything is half on additional lines as you know), 15 text and one has insurance....

well my brother got a ppc 6700 from his old ass samsung and the rep said she was gonna switch him to power vision one month so it would be free then he can switch back... well his ppc stopped charging an hes been to busy to take it back so he switched back to the old ass samsung... and he switched his vision back to 15... one of those actions left him with no vision and all of my phones have had vision since january.. and it had my bill like 180 dollars over... sprint charging me wireless web minutes on the a900 was a extra six... and the online my content refund not working was an extra 15.... so I refused to pay my bill untill my bill was correct.. and sprint would not fix it because my account was "under review" for having too many credits..

but I only ask for credits when its obvious all my services are ul except minutes and I have never disputed minutes or minute plans before so how can i be under review.. I waited with my phone off for three days for a call... than some smart ass manager transfered me to retentions and they fixed it....

how can i get off of "review" and did I waste a call to retentions I kinda wanted to wait at least a year (january) till i called for free stuff will that hurt my chances??????

and the sero question...

line 1 3000 fam plan 149- vision 25- text 15- insurance 6- nights @ 6pm 0
line 2 vision 7.50- text 7.50- ins 6
line 3 vision 7.50- text 7.50- 2nd line 10

12% off because of my job, free nights at 6, and 5 dollars off every month for preffered cust.

I just found out my brother know a few sprint employees.. would sero help me signifigantly what could they offer and would I keep all of my perks i have now

thanks you guys are life savers

FWIW, your post is very hard to read because it's one continous run on sentance. That may be part of why no one has responded.
