Buying New Phone

I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from SprintNetwork over on Ebay.. I would like to know if it were possible to cancel the plan within the 30 days, and if there would be any charges, or anything I should know when doing this. I think I remember that there were certain stuff you could not do because it would cause payments to go up from the price advertised.

You can cancle your service within 30-days no matter what channel you purchased the phone from. You would only be billed for the time you used. Example 30.00 Rate plan (30.00/30*days of use = total due ) (30.00/30=1.00*6days of use =6.00+taxes)

I am not familiar with this person on ebay and they do not specify a return policy so you may not be able to get your money back for the phone. I recommend calling them @1-888-235-8958 and ask them about there return policy. If they wont return the phone just resell it on ebay once you called sprint to cancle the line.

This company cannot charge you anything if you cancle withing sprint's return policy after the 30 days however there may be additional cancelation fee's from this reseller.
