I spoke to a Sprint rep who said that in order for me to get the credit added to my account, I need to fax in a copy of the flyer. Unfortunately, I don't have it...at the moment :( If anyone can email me a scan of it, I'd be forever grateful.

If they sent you one, they have it on record. I called about it and they looked up my numbers and verified that it was in fact mailed out to me. I'm assuming they're going to want to see the flyer with a mailing label with your address on it, since they're checking these now.

They're weeding out people who did get it too. They wouldn't let me have it even though I did get the flyer because I had just resigned and I was given a 10% loyalty discount.
