I have been reading through some of the Unoffical Sero Post with 90+ pages, but could not find the answer to my question.

If i signed up for a new contract with 2 lines and i am 2 months into it, would i be able to switch to sero?

I know this has probably been answered a hundred times but my eyes cant take anymore reading through an endless novel dedicated to Sero only.

All i am trying to get is a the 500 min sero plan with all the extras that come with it.

Also i have read off success from people emailing E-care and obtaining it, still possible?

SERO only allows one line per contract. And I think it has been answered multiple times. It is available if you have a referral from an employee. Doubt anyone gets it just from an E-care email. And get prepared for a bunch to tell you to keep reading the thread.
