My plan was 1000 minutes on 2 shared lines for $50 plus $20 for the second line.with free mobile to mobile, FIMF and 7 pm nights and a 5 % business discount

A week or so ago ecare agreed to give me the second line for no charge ( thus saving me $20 per month ) plus a 10 % loyalty discount ( I have been with Sprint since 1999 and a $150 credit per line for new phones

However, when I didnt get the credit for the new phones I emaile dthem again and had to fight for the $150 credit on the second line ( they only wanted to give me $75- but luckily I had saved the old email saying $150.

However, they were insistent that the only way they could give me the free second line was if the nights startee at 9 pm rather than 7 pm on that line. I agreed to it since we never come close to using our minutes- but it is annoying that they keep changing their offers evenwhen it is inwriting on an email.

Does anyone know if the information I got was correct that they could only give me the second line for free with the 9pm start time or if they were just blowing smoke again?

I'll have to wait and see what my next bill looks like to see if they give me the 10% loyalty discount- but Im betting that I will be back fighting with them against next month.
.

second line nights wouldnot start until 9pm ( rather than 7 pm

I have two of my lines at no charge, and night/weekends start at 6pm for the entire life of the account. From what I have on my account, I think some reps are blowing smoke up your butt. Sorry, but that's how this company runs ... very inconsistent. Well, better than being consistently getting the "no" ... but that campaign of "yes, you can", is turning out to be, "no, you can't".

No, you can't have 7pm's
No, you can't have a credit
No, you can't have better coverage
No, you can't have better customer service
No, you can't pay your bill in the store without a service charge

Yes, you can get lied to and screwed!

The retention plan of 1000 minutes/50 dollars comes is usually offered with a second line for free, and 8 pm nights standard.

My friend's dad has this. The retention rep was unable to add 7pm nights for free at that time. Perhaps they have different codes now, but the ones she had wouldn't work.

9pm nights is pretty much gone.

I would call in if ecare is giving you flak about it.

It's best to deal with each issue seperately if you have more than one.
