hey everyone im still new to the site and had a couple questions. i have had sprint for about 4 years and im not sure what i would be able to try for with retentions. my current plan is fair and flex 300at 35, nw at 9, free pcs to pcs, unlimited text 15, powervision ultimate 25, insurance 6, 17percent business discount. it comes out to about 65 to 70 a month. any recomendations?

If you never exceed your service plan minutes, you may want to consider upgrading to the latest Fair & Flexible Plan to get N&W @ 7 and roaming included in your plan without extra cost.
Are you currently out of contract? Retentions has cracked down big time on the abuse...You may be able to get a loyalty discount (10%) or a discount on your unlimited text messaging. If you are out of contract you have more room to ask for perks for a new agreement. If you are still in contract Sprint isn't going to help you much.
Don't ask for too much otherwise you will get a big note placed on your account and no further offers.

im in contract. i had text for 5 but when i got my fusic i switched to pv and got screwed cause it switched me to 15 instead of the 5. also any good ringer sites? 1s that cant be posted here that u can pm me. and any word on when fusic faceplates are gonna come out

When did you switch to the Fusic?!?
I would be a little angry if Sprint switched my plan forcing me to pay more for the same thing. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to express your dissatisfaction to retention regarding the fact you lost your $5 unlimited text by upgrading your phone. I would simply state the fact that you used to have an awesome text plan until customer care changed it.
I'm not sure that Sprint will do for you, but it never hurts to ask the question. Maybe retentions can help you get back the rate you were previously paying for texts.

I was going to switch to a power vision phone, but there was no way that I was going to pay more for my text messaging service ... currently at $5/mo. I am not going to pay $10/mo for exactly the same thing!

i finally called retentions and they dropped my vision from $25 down to $10, and i switched my minute plan to $40 for 450a/t u/l n/w at 7 so for $5 more i get 150 extra min and 7n/w instead of 9. i think im going to email ecare and ask about the loyalty discount since ive been with sprint for 4 years

I'm just saying that because I haggled with retentions for a week for some stuff, before I found this site.
After finding this site, I used ecare mostly and got more perks...
I will probably be with Sprint until they fold.... :)
