what is the best? call retention or go to a authorize store? HELP!

i have a few questions. now my contract ends in sept 9th of 06. i was wondering if it was best for me to go to the authorize dealer or call a store. who would be better off giving me the best deal. since i live in a asian neighborhood, we got those authorize dealers who provide subscriptions to many different cellphone services. like sprint,verizon,cingular all in one store. do you think that going to the store the store would be able to give a bit mroe feedback and a better deal then calling the retention? or does the retention have more power?

so currently i have a 2000min plan
2nd line free. 3rd line for $20.
vision on 3rd line.
night start at 7pm.
extended roaming.
international plan for calling internationally on one of the lines.
the bill is like $189 after tax and all those goodies.
one of the line had insruance for the phone. (most irresponsible person i guess)

i have one nokia on the line, and 2 samsungs, one of them bring the a700.
i'm looking for a deal on the treo 700p or 700wx. or a 6700 pda smartphone.
and 2 other free phones, perhaps 2 free a900? or one a900 and one katana?

wouldn't care if i'm on the same plan or something lower at the 1500min rate. would like nights to start at 6. maybe powervision and evdo on the 3 phones. and want the loyalty discount.


i was wondering what i can get for a new plan with new phones. sinec ihave been with sprint for 2 yrs. i know i have $150 credit for each line. i dont' want to spend mroe then $75 for the treo 700p. as for the 700wx i wonder what price they will throw it at me for if i bargain into the verizon contract of treo 700w for $299.


for all you gurus. let me know what i shuld do. what goodies to ask for. how to ask for them. what is consider a good plan and good price for offers on phoens. and if it's possible to get a 700p for free or under $75

ur aiming for way too much. you can easily reduce ur plan. but a $75 treo. Maybe $99 if you want the 650. free phones are not being given ou that much.

U posted the same message numerous times in retention guru part III. The reason ur not getting an answer is because u expect too much. Please stop posting everywhere.

new treo wx is coming out. $650 supposedly the 700p would be cheaper. 650 is out of stock and they won't be making it anymore. i've seen epole able to get the 700p for $75. everyone seem to be able ot get the loyal discount and text message. small perks to let me stay.
