I'm new to this forum but I need advice on my service.

I had the Biz Essentials 1000 shared plan for $59.99 on my first line and my second line is my BlackBerry with the Power Vision Ultimate Pack for $26.58. My monthly bill was around $105 with tax and stuff and it worked great for about 3 months.

At the beginning of August I had to go to Canada for a week of business so I called Sprint to add Canada Roaming to my account to low the cost of making calls. I had asked the rep several times to make sure that adding the Canada stuff to my plan for the month wasn't going to change anything else or restart my contract. He assured me that after my trip I could call back and remove the Canada roaming from my plan and it would have no effect on my contract. That is where my problem came in.

I called today to review my bill and tell them that my service in Canada didn't work and while I was on the call the rep told me I had no data service on my plan. She told me that when Canada roaming was added the Power Vision was dropped so now it is costing me $.02 per bite of info for data. She now told me that Power Vision wasn't compatible with my BlackBerry any more so I needed some different data plan for $40 dollars per month and she'll needed to restart my contract date. Now my total bill is going up by $20 and another 2 years on my service plan.

Any help on who to call for advice at Sprint? Is there any way to go back?

Did you get the name of the representative you orignally spoke to - that's very important.
