I got a new retention offer at the end of last week where I got a new phone and added a phone. (Here is that post My Post detailing my retention offer (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1134399#post1134399) )

Before I hung up with the rep that night she reconfirmed everything that was offered. Before the phone came in I called in and had it reconfirmed.

Monday my new A900 came in so I decided to upload the pictures from my previous phone (VM4050) via my picture mail. Mind you I have done this many many times in the past. When trying to upload I get an error stating that it could not access picture mail and to call CS. So I call CS and explain the problem, she goes over my phone plan and we realize that my nights minutes are at 8pm rather then 7pm and Im to get charged for PV and regular vision. After having her make the correction she transfers me to tech support, where the guy tells me to clear my cookies, which I do and hang up.
Long story short that didnt fix it, called back and talk to somebody else when we discover what happened was when they added my new plan at the end of last week, it canceled my current picture mail account. Was on the phone with tech support last night and this morning and finally was able to get it reconnected. Reason's ive been given for this was that my plan had PV but my 4050 wasnt Pv enabled so it automatically dropped my picture mail from my service.

After we got it corrected we come to find that all the pics that I had uploaded in the past were now gone. Still pretty annoyed that I lost some pics. But the main source of the annoyance came when I tried to activate both new phones. It appeared that they did not have my plan correct again. Worked with a rep in retentions to get it all corrected. After he did so he told me that even though my plan states that i'm gonna get PV and regular Vision for free, doesnt mean it will appear that way on my bill.
I told him that its in my notes and everybody has told me that it should be fine, he assured me it wouldnt. When I asked him to recomfirm he put me on hold and hung up.

I called back again and this time expressed my displeasure of being hung up on, and losing all my pics. Had her verify my plan which seemed to finally be correct. She then tried to see if she could do anything for my inconveniance, and after being on hold for about 2 min came back and said there was nothing else she could do as far as credits or a discount.

MORAL of the story, if you have pics upload before getting a new plan and VERIFY VERIFY VERIFY that they have your plan correct.

Same here. Took me 2+ years to clean up the doo doo that a f***ing stoooopid rep left in my account. Lydia from Business Care took the time, the effort, the research and the repair that Executive Services couldn't do! Unbelieveable ... but she got it done ... hooray!!!
