If you call 411 and they can't find the business number that you want do you still get charged $1.40? Rep told me if you call 411 and you don't even speak to someone your charged for it. Is there a option to not be able to use 411?

but yeah if you call the regular 411 and they don't have the number then you can immediately ask for a credit

Yea I made a mistake not asking for a credit when they couldn't give me a number at the time I called but I just assumed that I wouldn't be charged. I didn't ask the first rep that I talked to for a credit but told her that I didn't know that you get charged even if you don't get the number. The rep seemed like she was in a bad mood. lol I called back and the 2nd rep offered me a credit before I even asked for one. Got to love Sprints custormer service.

shoot I will call 411 and the number will be busy or a fax or something and I just call 411 right back and ask for credit for the first call and for credit for having to call back and get the first credit, lol

i use 411 alot only i use the free version. i even have it programmed into my phone

all you have to do is listen to a quick 10 second ad, and then theyll give you the number!

I use to work with 411 company who handle Nextel, AT&T wireless, Boost mobile, and some other carrier, and trust me if you dial 411 and get connect you are charged for it even if we can't find your listing or call got drop. You can call back and demand credit for previous but you will be charged for the later call again anyway (call that you made to request credit LOL) and there is no gaurantee that the rep will put your number in credit request form. Best way to handle it is wait for your bill and call Sprint to request credit, I'm pretty sure if you really have bad 411 call and don't abuse the system, sprint rep wouldn't mind give you a credit for that.
Yes $1.40 per 411 call is crazy!!!!!!! can you imagine our call center got average of 60,000 call per day .....that equate to $2.352 million per month worth of 411 call

this is the same one that i use. i also have it programed into my phone. i dont like having to call and call CS to get a 150 credit...it gets to be a pain.
