View Full Version : No Web Icon On My Blackberry 7130

Hi,
Sorry if I sound sort of ignorant about this, but I am very new to PDAs and Blackberrys. I just bought a blackberry 7130 and there is no web icon so I cant connect to the web. I went through some steps with tech support and they told me it would come up eventually...but nothing is there still and its been several hours and they are now closed. Anyone out there have any advice for me?

Did they have you go into the host routing table and "register" 3 times?

are you on a BES or BIS with your corperation. if so they corp may be using policies and not allowing the use of that the can disable icons from my understanding of it.

Yes they had me go in and register three times, and as far as my corp, its my personal BB its not a company one.

ok so it is in no way attached to the corp blackberry server?
