I have a web server with dreamhost. I was wondering if I could set it up to stream stuff to my phone, like shows I upload to it. Thanks!

Depends on how much control you have over that server, but if you have enough you can set it up with Darwin Streaming Server. Read this entire thread:

If that turns out to be a bust (you can actually set it up to stream from your desktop, too, I believe, and not use your own server), you can try ORB:

I don't think I can install darwin, but my Linux remote server can be set up to stream quicktime. Does that mean it can stream 3gp's?

Darwin is an open source version of Quicktime's Streaming Server, so they're essentially the same, and you can stream 3GP from them. I use Darwin for my streaming site, and so far I love it. Absolutely no problems, and setting it up was really easy. But you have to specifically encode the 3GP files (check this post (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showpost.php?p=625574&postcount=26).)
