I'm on the Sero Plan, and used to have a 5% discount off because of my job. I now have a new job and it is a 20% discount. I asked to switch to it and I was supposed to be all set. I checked back and the 5% discount was taken off and was then told that corporate discounts cannot be added to the Sero plan. I had one on before!
Anyone else have this problem, or are they able to do it? Any tips on getting this sorted out?
Be glad for the time you had it before. It won't be added back on.
There is nothing to sort out. If you want NVP go to a regular plan. If you want to keep SERO forget about NVP. Just because you had it before doesn't mean it was correct.

I wrote to ecare and the agent wrote write back saying she would be happy to add my 20% employee discount to my sero plan.

theres some other threads going around which talked about this too. Over the last 2 months.. SERO users were getting their discounts removed.
Next time dont touch your plan once its good ;)

Never more true words stated, normally once something is set in a plan (including credits, etc.), assuming there are no expiration date's, it will stay the same as long as you pay your bill every month. I've done it for years! ;) :lol:

Sprint reps are watching forums like this one very closely. If you have a good plan now, don't risk losing some of your perks for good. Some members still get lucky with a few reps, but Sprint is putting foot too their ass.
