Have you tried calling on weekends, especially later in the evening? I swear better luck is had then. Also, just what has been you approach? I know retentions has lost some power according to those in the know on this board but there are still some things to be had if the correct approach is taken. Lastly, where do you sit on your current contract?

I just called them around 2:45 yesterday afternoon and was able to obtain the 49.99 1500 mins, and now i am gonna email ecare for some perks hopefully and then that will be it for me for a while.. Dont give up. It took a while for me to get that plan.. also took me a while to get FIMF.. Its a gamble on what rep you get.
