I read up on ringtone manufacturing and made a few, but I Can't get the ringtones to work unless i download them with focus. I don't know how much data transfer costs, but i'd just rather do it with my USB. Any help is appreciated!!! thx.

Sure, you can use QPST, but that's illegal and I can't condone or tell how that's done. So as far as I'm concerned, it's not possible ;)
If the OP's really hard-up for USB-ing them, using the forum search tool will return some results that have slipped by.
