View Full Version : Question about swapping new phones with another person on two separate accounts

Hey everyone. I just recently renewed a 2 year agreement with Sprint and got the Fusic phone because I couldn't get any deals on the Treo 700p. In addition, I am going to help my aunt renew her contract and hopefully get a good deal on a new phone. If I was able to get her a 700p thru telesales for a great price, would it be possible to exchange my phone with my aunt and would it affect the $150 upgrade incentive? I also haven't activated my phone, but I don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks for the help.

it is possible but the phones will have to stay on the original account for 30 days before you do the switch. Otherwise you will be charged back the $150
