I searched and couldn't find any recent info. (And I could have sworn I have seen this here before - and I remember typing in my prob before...)
I don't know if this is a920 specific or not, but of the last 5 pics I have taken and sent, 2 were the wrong picture! (And the same picture at that)
Of the last 5 pics, 2 were sent to my email addy for a test. They were fine.
1 was to a friend's email addy. That was fine.
The two that didn't work were sent to another a920. So i can't tell if it's the a920 or Sprint problem.
I emailed ecare, they just said call tech support. Tech Support first tried to tell me it was pilot error (no, it wasn't - I take a pic and hit send, pick a contact and send) and then said I need to take it in to the store. I took it to the store and they wanted to keep it overnight. Needless to say, I said no.
They said bring it back for diagnostics - but I haven't yet because when it's this hot out there, walking to the bus stop ain't gonna happen!
Anyway - has anyone here had experience with this? I'm ready to switch from my PV Plus to PV access since the only reason I have plus is the PicMail....

When I send it to a Sprint phone, I just use my contact list and select the phone number I want to send it to.
Does it work better if I use xxx-xxx-xxxx@pm.sprint.com?

Many people have this same problem on the 550. Are you, by any chance, sending pics from the microSD card?

Yup. All my pics automatically go to the card. Is there a confirmed problem sending pics from the card to another Sprint phone? Cause it works fine (so far) if I send to an email addy
I noticed that the times when the wrong pic goes out, the right pic never makes it out of the camera to the Sprint PM website...

I'm not sure of the exact specifics of the issue, just that it's known (at least on the 550) that sending from the microSD card causes this problem--though it didn't seem to cause it ALL the time. To be safe, I would move the pic to In Phone when you send it (or copy it, even) and send from that folder and then just delete the copy once it's sent.

Gah. TY. I'll try that next time...

I know, it's a pain... but that's the workaround. For now, at least. Let me know how it turns out.

I'm always careful!
The picture that is going out incorrectly is a picture I took of our outdoor thermometer reading 103 or something.
It's no longer on my phone and I don't know where it's coming from.
I just hung up from Tech Support (I called because NFL Network was saying "Gameday Blackout"). He says this is a known issue with the a920, as is the random changing of assigned ringtones when I assign a new ringtone. He says there's also a bug that will bring up the wrong picture if you have pictures assigned for incoming calls...
Anyway, I'm supposed to call back later tonight when I have my husband's a920 here too so they can track what happens when I send him a picture....
