I tried to send e-care an email today because I am experiencing some problems with my billing, and i got this message:
My PCS is currently being upgraded to provide you with a better customer experience. You can obtain your current and available usage by dialing *4 from your Sprint PCS Phone. You can also pay your bill via our automated system by dialing *3 from your Sprint PCS Phone. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Sprint PCS Service
An error occured while servicing your request. Please try again later.
Is this common? I've been trying to access it since about 12:00 AM this morning, and I am kind of getting frustrated.
