hey, i was wondering what's a link to a good easy to use converter that can convert asf files to gp3 files, so i can play the asf file music video on my samsung a920 phone?

I think you mean 3GP, and you'll be stuck with whatever you can find that actually works. ASF files are streaming files, so you're much better off trying to find something in an AVI or MPEG format. But if you are stuck with what you have, just grab whatever you can and try it.
