Hello Everyone! Maybe someone can shed some light or opinion on my concern. I own a PPC 6700 and my fiance owns a Palm 650, the main concern is that my fiance's palm drops calls DAILY. I mean...she can be in the home, at the mall or on the highway...and her calls drop. While we are in the same places, I lend her my phone when her calls drop. I never have my calls dropped. Basically....I'm asking if anyone has experienced these problems and if there are any suggestions to fixing this issues. She loves the palm package, because of one handed texting and things of that nature. She feels like the 6700 is a bit too "technical" for her. Any suggestions...thanks in advance! :wavey:

Call tech support, maybe teer 2 and have them put a Trouble card or whatever they call it, and they'll research the problem and if they find it's not the network and it's the phone, they'll replace it for her as a defective unit. Also make a note to them that your phone (6700) is working fine in the same area the 650 isnt.

Thanx for the insight....I hope they can fix the problem. I'm not like a lot of people on here who bash other phones they don't have...both phones have their good and not so good points. I spent money on both the 6700 and 650...I want my stuff to work....thanx for the help... :wavey:

make sure she has the latest PRL updates - they should figure that out (Sprint Tech Support).

I believe PRL updates are only to update the Roaming list on your phone.. not to help you with service. I could be wrong tho but i'm pretty sure about this
