I recently got my ppc6700 and the internet and everything was working fine. But then i finally logged into the sprint online management site so i can pay my bill, etc. I wanted to get a "@sprintpcs.com" email so i signed up the powervision, i entered a user name and pass. But after that my phone did some loading power vision services or something but it failed. Now I can't even go online with it, everytime it dials #777 I would receive the error 67. Did I screw something up? Is there a setting I have to change on my phone? thanks in advance
Same thing happened to me the other day on my husband's Treo 650. It created a new vision profile and then took about 15 minutes before I could sign into Vision.

I just got this error on my Treo 755p. I did a soft reset nothing. Then I went into prefs selected my powervision the clicked disconnect and then connect and it worked. Not sure if what I did even helped but here it is.

updating you vision profile is the correct way to go...
